Anni Grant, a 26-year-old influencer and adult content creator from California, underwent a $50,000 Brazilian Butt Lift in 2023. The surgery involved transferring fat from other parts of her body to her buttocks, resulting in a 50-inch circumference.
“I never fly economy. I have to fly first class now because I can’t fit in economy,” she said, according to Kennedy News and Media. “If there’s no space in first class, I have to get a flight the next day so I have more room.”
Travel has become a spectacle, she explained, noting that she typically wears leggings and receives frequent stares from fellow passengers and airline staff. “I’ve had flight attendants and other passengers look at me snootily. They don’t say anything but I get a lot of stares.”
The challenges go beyond air travel. Grant said she avoids theme park rides due to size restrictions and refrains from visiting cinemas because prolonged sitting becomes uncomfortable.
Her home routine has also shifted. She no longer uses her balcony chairs the usual way, instead lying across two of them with her buttocks suspended in the middle. At the gym, she can no longer perform backflips, an exercise she used to include in her workouts.
Her wardrobe had to be entirely replaced. After the surgery, none of her previous clothes fit, so she now exclusively wears stretchy Lycra leggings and shorts.
Despite these inconveniences, Grant said the transformation has benefited her financially and emotionally. She reported increased earnings through OnlyFans and said the BBL makes her feel “super confident” and “hot.”
“I wanted a peachy, more curvaceous bum. I liked my butt, I just wanted to be hotter and now it’s 50 inches, it’s really big,” she explained. “I’ve made more money thanks to my BBLs — they’ve made life a lot easier when it comes to content creation.”
