The Bop House initially housed eight women who documented their lives together, generating massive followings. Their TikTok content alone amassed over five million followers, while NSFW material shared on OnlyFans created significant revenue streams. The collective success of the residents highlighted the financial potential of digital content creation for Gen Z influencers.
Sophie Rain, 20, the group’s top earner, recently announced her departure from the mansion. Reports indicate she earned over $23 million in gross revenue this year, leaving a vacancy that prompted the current members—Aishah Sofey, 22; Alina Rose, 24; Ava Reyes, 19; Camilla Araújo, 22; Julia Filippo, 22; Summer Iris, 19; and Joy Mei, 19—to seek a new roommate.
The Bop House drew an impressive 12,000 applicants for the open position. Finalists traveled to Los Angeles for in-person auditions on August 9, amid some criticism calling the selection process “cooked.” Ultimately, Lexi Marvel, originally from Arizona, secured the spot and was officially welcomed through an Instagram announcement.
With over 2 million Instagram followers and an active OnlyFans page, Marvel’s move into the Miami mansion positions her for significant growth in both social media influence and potential earnings.
